Phebe - Business Operations

After 30+ years in higher education, Phebe made a career change. Her years of work with bureaucracies made her the logical person to handle reports, forms, budgets and miscellaneous paperwork.

Bruce - Parts Manager

BruceA forced career change got Bruce out of the seat of a log truck and behind the Parts counter. Bruce got his first big bike at 14 and has been riding ever since. His 40-plus years of Harley® expertise has made him our resident authority on Panheads, Shovelheads and older Harley® motorcycles. His wicked sense of humor keeps the Parts & Service staff from taking themselves too seriously. Bruce rides a very black 2006 Street Bob™.

Natosha - General Merchandise

NatoshaNatosha joined us with several years experience working in retail sales, with a specialty in "customer service to exceed expectations."  She handles all General Merchandise in the showroom, including riding gear, Harley gifts and collectibles, and our great selection of t-shirts and sweatshirts. If you need gear, a gift or a souvenir, come see Tosha.

Vince - Assistant Parts Manager

About five years behind Bruce, a forced career change also got Vince out of the lumber industry and behind the Parts counter. He’s been on and around Harley® motorcycles most of his life and always wanted to work with motorcycles. And like Bruce, his life experience has given him an extensive knowledge of both older and newer Harley® motorcycles. Vince rides a black 1999 FLHT.

John - Service Manager

JohnJohn joined the staff at Redwood Harley after several career changes. A job as a wine steward brought him from Florida to Napa, and a side trip from Napa brought him north where he and his wife fell in love with the natural beauty of the Redwood coast. After a stint in glass making at a local shop, John made the jump to a career in motorcycles. He claims he grew up in his uncle's bike shop, and his collection of bikes would attest to his love (he has a red one, a blue one, a black and gold one...). We've put his expertise and his customer service skills to work behind the Service counter.
